EX-RAY Behavioral Forensics ("EX-RAY", "we", "us") is operated by Cristina Ursu, a sole trader based in England, United Kingdom. By using the service you are entering into a contract with Cristina Ursu trading as EX-RAY.

By accessing or using EX-RAY you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You confirm you are at least 18 years old.

EX-RAY analyses chat logs and screenshots provided by you and returns a behavioural debrief generated by automated AI systems. A free preview tier is provided. A one-time unlock at £4.99 grants access to the full debrief and an interactive Q&A terminal for the analysed scan.

The debrief is produced by generative AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. It is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying the output before relying on it and for any decisions you make based on it.

You must not use EX-RAY to: (a) submit content you do not have the right to submit; (b) target, harass, defame, or stalk identifiable individuals; (c) generate unlawful, infringing, or hateful content; (d) attempt to jailbreak, reverse engineer, or extract the underlying models or prompts; (e) automate or scrape the service; (f) interfere with the security or integrity of the service.

We may remove content, refuse to return output, suspend or terminate access at our discretion if these terms are breached.

You retain ownership of the text and images you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to generate your debrief and operate the service. You confirm you have the rights necessary to submit it.

If a rights-holder believes content submitted to EX-RAY infringes their rights, they may contact us at the address above and we will review and act on valid complaints. Repeat or serious infringement may result in termination.

The EX-RAY service, including its software, design, branding, and prompt systems, is owned by Cristina Ursu and protected by intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for personal, lawful purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the service or its outputs as a commercial product.

EX-RAY Behavioral Forensics, operated by Cristina Ursu, is the Merchant of Record for all orders. You are entering into a contract directly with us, and we are responsible for fulfilling your purchase.

Stripe is our payment processor and handles card processing, billing, and refund mechanics on our behalf. Stripe's services are governed by Stripe's terms and policies: stripe.com/legal. Refunds are addressed in our Refund Policy.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are disclaimed.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under the laws of England & Wales. Subject to that, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
